This Thursday evening, the Vanguard Film Festival returns to the Cove at 7pm. The Official Selections have been decided by the film panel.  The results follow.

The Vanguard Film Festival is committed to helping students to forge new frontiers in their artistic endeavors. The films featured in the festival are opportunity for students to formulate beliefs, promote great arguments, and advocate artistic integrity.

Also, a new addition to the festival this year, 50 film festival posters were created by VU students. The top ten posters were chosen and then voted on by students in the Communication course, Visual Technology. The winning poster was created by VU student Sam Roberts. Sam’s work will be used for all promotional materials for this year’s festival. Congratulations, Sam!
