Position: Internship (non-paid)
Title: Communications Assistant, Web, Social and Multi-Media
Description: The Communications Assistant will be involved in developing AABC’s online presence including maintaining www.taabc.org <http://www.taabc.org/> , Facebook, MySpace and YouTube communities, creating and distributing our monthly e‐Newsletter and other member communications, maintaining and expanding photo archive, and developing video and other multimedia content. 10 to 12 hours per week.
The Communications Assistant reports to AABC’s Executive Director
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have experience with various online communication platforms and tools including HTML, CMS, Dreamweaver and digital video/audio software such as iMovie or Final Cut Express; experience with web metric applications such as Google Analytics; and experience in social media community development. Strong writing and communication skills.
